I like Poe. it's nice and short. (Of course, your Jay will probably corrupt the name to Poo.) Our latest stray acquisition, a real love bug, is Bob. He followed on the heels of an earlier stray acquisition, a tiny kitten at the time, who is Baby to this day. We seem stuck in the "B's," since we had occasional black visitor we arbitrarily called Blackie, only to learn his home base family had named him Merlin, despite the lack of magical symbols imbedded in his fur.
You can call her "Dung" for short...
Hahah! Dung works. I'm also kind of thinking "Poe" because her meowing under our floorboards at midnight drove us all crazy, AND she's black...
